Elise Garner - Chairwoman of the Board

 M. Elise Garner  has served as SAP Business Analyst and Administrative Assistant to Montana Wood Products for Weyerhaeuser Company since January 2018; as an independent contractor in the culinary industry from 2000 to present; as Corporate Recruiter and Personnel Manager with Walmart Stores from 1997 - 2000 and from 1988 - 1994. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Family Forestry Expo and as Chairperson for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Expo events.

Ms. Garner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, is a Society of Human Resource Management certified Human Resource Professional holding the SHRM-CP, SHRM-PMQ, and SHRM-PASC certifications. She will gain her Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2024.

She is an experienced leader with strong skills in project management, organizational change management, training and development, employee relations, human resource management, and performance management.
